Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers, honestly given.
Is Organise My Days free?
Yes. Capturing tasks, sorting them into Today, This Week, Someday or the archive, the Today view and the month calendar are all free, forever. One optional upgrade unlocks guided planning.
What is the Plan Upgrade?
A single one-time purchase that unlocks guided day planning from the Plan tab: plain-language priority signals and suggestions for your first focus, important work and quick wins. Future planning features are included — you buy it once.
Is there a subscription?
No. The Plan Upgrade is a one-time purchase, handled by Apple. There are no subscriptions, and there never will be a version of this app that rents you your own task list.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start writing things down.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, in the app's own local database. Nothing is sent to our servers — we don't have any. Your tasks are included in your normal iPhone backup, so they move with you to a new phone.
How does voice capture work? Is it private?
Voice capture uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. Your voice is converted to text on your phone — it is not sent to us or to any third-party service by the app.
Does it use AI?
No. In this release, planning suggestions come from simple, transparent logic that runs entirely on your device. If that ever changes, it will be optional and clearly explained first.
Is there an Android version?
This release is iOS-only. If you'd like to hear about future platforms, follow us on Substack.
I bought the Plan Upgrade on another device — how do I get it back?
Use "Restore Purchase" in Settings (or on the upgrade screen). Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID.
Who makes Organise My Days?
