Privacy Policy

The Short Version
Everything you put into Organise My Days stays on your device. The app has no accounts, no cloud service, no analytics, no advertising, no AI processing, and no third-party services. We built it this way on purpose, and this policy is short because there is very little to disclose.
Data Stored on Your Device
Your tasks, plans, notes, settings and purchase state are stored locally on your device in the app's own database. This data never leaves your device through the app. We — Mindful Echo Ltd — cannot see, access, or recover it.
Because the data lives in the app's normal storage, it is included in your standard iOS device backups (iCloud Backup or computer backups you control, under Apple's terms).
No Accounts
The app has no sign-up, no login, and collects no names, email addresses, or identifiers of any kind.
Microphone & Speech Recognition
If you choose to capture tasks by voice, the app asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission. Speech is converted to text using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Your voice and its transcription are processed on your device; the app does not transmit them anywhere. You can decline these permissions and use the app fully by typing.
Photos
If you choose to attach an image to a task, the app asks for photo-library access to the image you select. Attached images are stored locally with your tasks and are never uploaded.
Purchases
The optional Plan Upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details or personal information from purchases. Purchase entitlement is verified on your device using Apple's StoreKit. Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction.
No Analytics, No Tracking, No Ads
The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not use cookies or device identifiers.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data exists only on your device, so you are in full control of it. Deleting a task deletes it from the database; deleting the app deletes everything the app stored. There is nothing to request from us, because we hold nothing.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and similar laws you have rights over personal data an organisation processes about you. Organise My Days is designed so that we process none: no personal data is transmitted to or held by Mindful Echo Ltd. If you believe we hold any data about you (for example, because you emailed our support address), you can ask us to show or delete it at any time.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and, by design, collects no data from anyone.
Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the app changes what data is handled — for example, an optional sync feature — we will update this policy first and make the change clear in the app before it applies.
