Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Organise My Days ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or older where your country requires a higher minimum age for app-store purchases.
Description of Service
Organise My Days is a task-planning app for iOS. The free version includes task capture and editing, sorting into Today, This Week, Someday and archive, the Today view, and the month calendar. An optional one-time purchase — the Plan Upgrade — unlocks guided day planning, priority signals and related planning features. The app works offline and stores all data on your device; see the Privacy Policy.
Purchases & Restore
The Plan Upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices using "Restore Purchase" in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms, not by us directly.
The upgrade adds planning features; it never removes access to tasks you have created.
Your Content
Everything you write in the app is yours. It is stored on your device, and we claim no rights over it and have no access to it. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up if you want your data to survive loss of the device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in a way that breaks the law. The app is a personal productivity tool and is provided for your own use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindful Echo Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes to the terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the app or its distribution; because your data is stored locally, discontinuation does not delete your data from your device.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer protections.
